What do you need from me?
After you order, we email you to ask for the exact date, time and place of birth for each partner. We use them to create the birth charts your guides are based on.
How long does it take?
Every guide is made to order and delivered by email as a PDF. Timing: PDFs by email in 5–7 working days, then your session.
Can I make changes after ordering?
You have 24 hours after ordering to make changes. Because every guide is personalized, we can’t accept returns or cancellations. If anything isn’t right, email hello@guidefromthestars.com.
What happens in the consultation?
Catalina, a licensed mental health counselor and marriage and family therapist, meets with you both to offer practical advice on getting the most out of your guide, and to answer any questions you have.

Through the lens of astropsychology, your guide explores your personality by signs, elements, Yin and Yang energy, Karmas and Dharmas, helping you uncover the emotional and behavioral patterns that shape the way you experience yourself and the world around you.
Together, these individual insights create a deeper picture of your relationship. You’ll begin to understand not only why you are the way you are, but also how your individual traits complement, challenge, and influence one another.
Your one-on-one couples consultation with Catalina Ortiz brings these insights into the relationship itself. Together, you’ll explore your charts as a couple and uncover patterns in the way you connect, communicate, express affection, and respond to challenges. You may explore areas such as love languages, communication styles, emotional needs, individual strengths, and the patterns that can arise when your different characteristics meet.
